Safe and secure operation: The hydraulic bypass valve ensures anti-entrapment protection, and the included key-operated manual release allows manual gate operation during power outages. Hydraulic locking enhances security by holding the gate firmly in place—open or closed. The extended geometry design also minimizes pinch-point hazards.

Installation Instructions

1. Install the enclosure: Mount the 14" × 16" pre-wired enclosure on a stable, accessible surface near the gate.

2. Mount the operator: Securely attach the 400 CBAC EG to the gate using the provided hardware.

3. Wire the control panel: Connect the 115?V power, receiver, safety devices (e.g., photocell), and any accessories via the 455D control board.

4. Program the receiver: Insert the 433?RC receiver and synchronize the XT4 transmitters.

5. Set mechanical stops: Install positive stops to define open/closed positions per UL requirements.

6. Test the manual release: Verify the key-operated manual override functions as expected.

7. Function test: Run multiple opening and closing cycles to validate smooth, quiet operation and secure hydraulic locking.
