Installation Instructions

1. Mount the enclosure: Secure the 14??×?16? UL fiberglass enclosure in a protected, accessible location.

2. Install the operator: Attach the hydraulic unit to the gate per mounting hardware included.

3. Connect wiring: Hook up power (115?V), accessory receptacle, control panel (455D), manual release switch, and test button as directed.

4. Install safety components: Include a monitored photocell per UL325; position mechanical stops at open/closed limits.

5. Test manual release: Ensure the key-release operates smoothly for manual access.

6. Perform cycle test: Open and close the gate multiple times to confirm smooth, hydraulic operation and proper behavior under rapid gate conditions.
