Viking Parts for L-3, Viking VAL3CK Chain Installation Kit

I received the chain kit and since I ordered it on line I was not aware the chain came in two ten foot sections. They give you two link connectors but now you need three. I call L.A. Ornamental to in form them what had happened. They understood and sent me the chain connector but they did charge me for it. I was informed that if I called the order they would have informed me on how the chain comes. I have to say beside this small issue there customer service is excellent.
